The Abbasid Masjid is at a short distance from the Dravidian Fort. This mosque to some extent resembles Badshahi Masjid in Lahore and Moti Masjid in Delhi. This mosque was built by Nawab Bahawal Khan in 1849; its openness and architectural beauty show the commitment of Nawabs to Islam.
